🥗 Nourishment is More Than Nutrition

When we talk about wellness, most people jump to food—and yes, your nutrition matters. But nourishment runs deeper. It’s about feeding yourself the things that truly energize and sustain you.

Ask yourself:

  • What habits leave me feeling more alive?

  • What routines or relationships drain me?

  • When was the last time I felt deeply rested—emotionally and physically?

Sometimes, nourishment is saying no. Sometimes, it’s a walk in nature, a belly laugh, or a quiet morning with no obligations.


🔄 The Energy Loop: What You Give, You Must Replenish

You’re likely someone who gives generously—to your work, your family, your team. But energy is not infinite. Just like the first law of thermodynamics is based on the law of conservation of energy, which states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can be transferred from one form to another. If you're always outputting without inputting, exhaustion is inevitable.
